Blood for Breakfast!
Ini ada lah hasil tuaian bulan ini. Ye saya adalah mahluk berdarah O. Sudah agak lama tak membuat tuaian selama ini. Sejak buku merah kecik itu hilang, rasa tak semangat nak derma darah. Boleh gitu? So kepada sesiapa yg merasa segar bugar dah mempunyai lemak tepu , dan kurang masa untuk bersenam read malas, menderma darah adalah salah satu jalan terbaik untuk buang kalori. below are some info on benefit of blood donating.
See, aku berjiwa rakyat okeh, try tanya pak menteri kita berapa banyak darah depa dah derma. Jangan marah gurau je.
Yep that’s me try to reduce some calories. ^______^*
Apalah sangat 1pint.. tak sakit langsung la. sakit lagi kena gigit semut api. bayangkan maybe mak kita, ayah, adik beradik ,anak (benci betul ada ayat saikosis mcm ni but oh well!~) memerlukan darah tapi tak cukup.
Lagipon derma darah pahalanye bawak kekubur. bayangkan kot tok siak, imam masjid, mana mana ulamak yg perlukan blood transfusion… pastu dokter guna darah kita pulak… tak ke bagus. Lapang sikit kubur nanti.
Bawah ni wajib baca untuk rasa semngat lagi utk derma darah.

Benefits of donating Blood
Recent researches have proved that not only is giving blood good for the patients in need, but it’s good for your own body as well. In addition to enjoying free juice and snacks after donating, there are physical benefits to being a regular donor. If you donate blood several times a year, you are likely in better physical shape than those who do not, and you have a reduced risk for several severe diseases.
Get a Health Check
A health check list is made every time someone donates blood, which means the donor will be able to find out if his blood pressure, pulse, and other vital signs are healthy or not. So regular blood donor can potentially get a physical examination up to six times a year.
Lower Iron Levels
Giving blood leads to lowering the iron levels in the donor’s body, which can help reduce the risk of heart disease. According to CNN (CNN Edition), high blood iron levels have the potential to increase the risk of cardiovascular disease because iron accelerates the oxidation process of cholesterol in the body, which damages arteries. Iron levels aren’t the only factor that plays a role in a person’s risk of heart disease, but there are certainly no downsides to lowering blood iron levels by donating blood regularly.
Reduce Cancer Risk
Homogeneous blood donation is correlated with lower risks of cancers According to the Miller-Keystone Blood Center, including liver, lung, colon, stomach and throat cancers. Risk levels dropped is related to the frequency of blood donation.
Reduce Heart Attack Risk
Donating blood improves cardiovascular health. According to Florida Blood Services blood donors who donate regularly over years have an 88 percent lower risk of heart attacks and a 33 percent lower risk of any severe cardiovascular event, such as a stroke.
Replenish Blood
Blood donation will allow the replenishment of the donor’s blood supply which will help his body to function more efficiently. After donating, the human body replaces the blood volume within 48 hours of donation, and all of the red blood cells lost during donation are completely replaced within four to eight weeks. This process of replenishment can help your body stay healthy and work more efficiently and productively.
Give blood to someone who needs it and do your own body good at the same time.

True enuff…
Hari selasa batuk makin teruk..sampai la tengah hari tu nafas dia makin laju.. bila hari hampir petang dengar laa nada semput dia.
Nope. Macam biasa dr muda yg letak stethoscope mengikut panduan buku… 3 kali depan.. 3 kali belakang dah setel! Dalam hati menyumpah-nyumpah. Terus kasi Neb, prescribe ubat… aku tanya laa boleh dapat singular.. tak perlu nak buat apa…tanya dokter. Okeh fine.
Nak release satu ubat sampai 12 step dalam sistem apa kes la kan… patut bukan frontline yg buat benda ni… gomen gomen.
Malam..jam 12 kasi ventolin syrup… ingat mampu laa survive sampai ke pagi sebelum pergi Klinik Adek tp aku dengan separa tido dok pantau pernafasan Anis.. mmg laaa being a mom ni ko ada satu kuasa sakti yg ko terpaksa endure… mental /badan tak akan shutdown jika anak sakit.3 a.m dengan super power yang aku ada.. terus tekap telinga. Cukup untuk aku tau batuk dia dah makin severe. Rush to DEMC, Neb.. oksigen level 92… lepas ambil Neb.. oksigen level 92.. neb lagi still tiada peningkatan oksigen dalam darah.
Last last katanya kena admit, tp katil penuh, jam dan tunjuk jam 4 pagi, last dia buat referal letter.. last aku rasa Hosp. Klang better…
Duduk laa di sana.. amik Neb. Pembantu perubatan kat situ bagus..indian lady.. dia siap bagi tau.. ana u ni nampak je active terloncat loncat tapi kalo oksigen dia tak naik… tetiba karang boleh je collapse.. so dia terus kan NEB lagi.. ada dekat 3 round jugak la.. .Rabu pagi-pagi terpacak depan Klinik Adek.
Scattered Rhonci… I figured as much.
Scattered rhonchi: is a coarse rattling sound which occurs due to secretions in the bronchial airways.
Some of the possible common medical causes of Scattered rhonchi may include:
Prednisolone (anti radang), Augmentin(antibiotic)., Neb for every 3 hrs (24jam+ mesen NEB) and Mucosolvan . Terus laa jadi Zombie blok 19 aku ni. Sambil le keesokkan harinya .. atleast aku berada dirumah. Khamis Follow up.. Alhamdullilah…Subhanallah mmg banyak Allah permudahkankan.. dr severe dr kata dah hilang.. cuma kahak masih menebal…NEB boleh dipanjang selang 6 jam dan boleh start Ventolin Syrup.
Kadang aku fikir semula.. setiap hidup ni, kalo kita banyak permudahkan orang insyallah urusan kita dipermudahkan.. maybe mungkin sebab aku bertawasul masa hulur sejumlah kecil saki baki duit pada pakcik jual keropok tepi stesen minyak yg mencangkung tepi pump mengambil senafas nafas yg dah tua sambil mengharap aku membeli keropok ikan dia yg seguni dia pikul tapi tiada sapa yg beli.
Selalu Anis mahu 3-4 hari nak pulih… kali ni semalaman je. Aku syukur sangat.
Hari ni Jumaat, malam td tak boleh tidor. study kejap sampai jam 3… layan movie kejap.. study kejap tgk assignment sampai jam 5.30am. Kepala berat sangat-sangat. Otak dah start masuk mode shutdown. Sabtu Kelas. dari jam 8.30 pagi hingga jam 6 ptg. Oh anak, sihat lah. Mummy abis beratus pon tak apa asalkan sihat.
Takpe buku text and printer can wait.
