The cervical curve in the neck is supposed to be a “C” shape. There are 7 vertebrae or bones in the neck spine: C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6 and C7. The first vertebrae, or C1 is also know as the atlas, and C2 is known as the axis. The cervical spine is very important because it encompasses and protects the spinal cord, holds up the head and skull and also allows us to move our head.
but in my case, aku punya pulak adalah straight! Tak kak shima ini bukan gara-gara bedminton okeh!
Note to self, jiji dirimu amat fragile, mcm biasa laa dah kes mcm ni kena fisio bagai kat rumah.. dan pakai neck support (which i found it unnecessary hahaha!). Tengok la kalo teruk mlm ni esok mak beli okay.

Nasib laa dulu dah beli bantal harga 70 sebijik. Ingatkan sakit tengkuk biasa, sekali telan air liur pon sakit, drive ke opis td rasa nak tertanggal kepala. Atlast call koben suruh amik bawak pi klinik, alih-alih dokter suruh xtray sb tgk mcm kronik je. Sigh. Macam-macam la.
