WordPress Multisite and how is it gonna be?
Earwax: Still (As Ever) — Jang Keun Suk A.N Jell
I went to work this morning with my mind and body completely numb and had to hold my arm in my hand and literally push and guide it to grab my handbag, put on my shoes, open the door and start the car. Hehe. Exaggerated je la kau jiji! I feel like I need to put my brain in cables and jump start it.
Anyway, my student portal is about ready. I need to wait for exam week to end and start configure the the login Page– here comes the nitemare with LDAP hmphh!, I just can’t wait for this portal to up and running!
At the moment am working with the control panel for the student portal. Did a lil’ presentation, memey(the boss hi-above) seem to love it. But as I expected, berkilau-kilau meletup-letup-kembang-kuncup punya effect musti ada. Heck. Am gonna make it simple and elegant as I can.
Anyway when dealing with php file and <embed> tag, it created disaster! It order for you to “embed” any page/website inside php, use <iframe>. I know lots of ppl had nitemare with iframe but it work marvelous! As u can see the tab (set of icons) it is not actually in index.php. I need to create another separate index.php. and display it inside the main index.php (WP).
Orait enough about that:
I started meddling with WordPress Multisite yesterday and manage to create the so-called Multisite. Hehehe eat that Drupalovers!
Take note, WordPress 3.0 there is now a native ability to create multiple blogs, also referred to as a network of sites.
A multisite is moreless similar to your own personal version of WordPress where end users of your network can create their own sites on demand, just like end users of WordPress.com can create blogs on demand. Reason I wanted to make it multisite because it is easier to patch, easier to maintain, and easier to uhmmh back up and much more easy on the server side. I can manage all websites through one back end.

Okeh, first step resolved.
Second Step: To assign user/Or Web Admin (FAILED MISERABLY) –
Issue:
1. User failed to login
2. I can’t login to my NETWORK ADMIN from chrome
3. Plugin Installation failed
Arrrrrghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
