Ini ada lah hasil tuaian bulan ini. Ye saya adalah mahluk berdarah O. Sudah agak lama tak membuat tuaian selama ini. Sejak buku merah kecik itu hilang, rasa tak semangat nak derma darah. Boleh gitu? So kepada sesiapa yg merasa segar bugar dah mempunyai lemak tepu , dan kurang masa untuk bersenam read malas, menderma darah adalah salah satu jalan terbaik untuk buang kalori. below are some info on benefit of blood donating.
See, aku berjiwa rakyat okeh, try tanya pak menteri kita berapa banyak darah depa dah derma. Jangan marah gurau je.
Yep that’s me try to reduce some calories. ^______^*
Apalah sangat 1pint.. tak sakit langsung la. sakit lagi kena gigit semut api. bayangkan maybe mak kita, ayah, adik beradik ,anak (benci betul ada ayat saikosis mcm ni but oh well!~) memerlukan darah tapi tak cukup.
Lagipon derma darah pahalanye bawak kekubur. bayangkan kot tok siak, imam masjid, mana mana ulamak yg perlukan blood transfusion… pastu dokter guna darah kita pulak… tak ke bagus. Lapang sikit kubur nanti.
Bawah ni wajib baca untuk rasa semngat lagi utk derma darah.

Four main red blood cell types: A, B, AB and O. Each can be positive or negative for the Rh factor. AB is the universal recipient; O negative is the universal donor of red blood cells.
Dr. Karl Landsteiner first identified the major human blood groups – A, B, AB and O – in 1901.
Red blood cells carry oxygen to the body’s organs and tissues.
Red blood cells live about 120 days in the circulatory system.
Platelets promote blood clotting and give those with leukemia and other cancers a chance to live.
Plasma is a pale yellow mixture of water, proteins and salts.
Plasma, which is 90 percent water, makes up 55 percent of blood volume.
Healthy bone marrow makes a constant supply of red cells, plasma and platelets.
Blood or plasma that comes from people who have been paid for it cannot be used to human transfusion.
Granulocytes, a type of white blood cell, roll along blood vessel walls in search of bacteria to engulf and destroy.
White cells are the body’s primary defense against infection.
Apheresis is a special kind of blood donation that allows a donor to give specific blood components, such as platelets.
Forty-two days: how long most donated red blood cells can be stored.
Five days: how long most donated platelets can be stored.
One year: how long frozen plasma can be stored.
Much of today’s medical care depends on a steady supply of blood from healthy donors.
3 pints: the average whole blood and red blood cell transfusion.*
Children being treated for cancer, premature infants and children having heart surgery need blood and platelets from donors of all types, especially type O.

Blood centers often run short of types O and B red blood cells.
The rarest blood type is the one not on the shelf when it’s needed by a patient.

Benefits of donating Blood
Recent researches have proved that not only is giving blood good for the patients in need, but it’s good for your own body as well. In addition to enjoying free juice and snacks after donating, there are physical benefits to being a regular donor. If you donate blood several times a year, you are likely in better physical shape than those who do not, and you have a reduced risk for several severe diseases.
Get a Health Check
A health check list is made every time someone donates blood, which means the donor will be able to find out if his blood pressure, pulse, and other vital signs are healthy or not. So regular blood donor can potentially get a physical examination up to six times a year.
Lower Iron Levels
Giving blood leads to lowering the iron levels in the donor’s body, which can help reduce the risk of heart disease. According to CNN (CNN Edition), high blood iron levels have the potential to increase the risk of cardiovascular disease because iron accelerates the oxidation process of cholesterol in the body, which damages arteries. Iron levels aren’t the only factor that plays a role in a person’s risk of heart disease, but there are certainly no downsides to lowering blood iron levels by donating blood regularly.
Reduce Cancer Risk
Homogeneous blood donation is correlated with lower risks of cancers According to the Miller-Keystone Blood Center, including liver, lung, colon, stomach and throat cancers. Risk levels dropped is related to the frequency of blood donation.
Reduce Heart Attack Risk
Donating blood improves cardiovascular health. According to Florida Blood Services blood donors who donate regularly over years have an 88 percent lower risk of heart attacks and a 33 percent lower risk of any severe cardiovascular event, such as a stroke.
Replenish Blood
Blood donation will allow the replenishment of the donor’s blood supply which will help his body to function more efficiently. After donating, the human body replaces the blood volume within 48 hours of donation, and all of the red blood cells lost during donation are completely replaced within four to eight weeks. This process of replenishment can help your body stay healthy and work more efficiently and productively.
Give blood to someone who needs it and do your own body good at the same time.
It’s April twelve. *yawn* I just dunno what to update in here anymore. Ok I know I haven’t been here in a while. I’ve been so busy with school, term paper, proposal, blog makeover and work but so far things been manageable except this place hehe. It’s hard to find the time or to figure out what to write about … I need diversion. I need to talk to someone. I need to question someone about everything. I’ll try to have a conversation with my friends, well an old friends.. but as much as i want to actually ‘talk’ they ‘re all busy with their on shit. Oh well. Haih i’m just being mental.
I’m going to take the time to sit down and write what I’m thinking. I’m thinking… …. … … I have a lot of questions! too many infact. Arent we supposed to just go on, ya know…never really wondering why, never really questioning the point of it all and blah blah blah. Bak kata orang , redha je. But thats not me. Macam dalam kelas or at work Eurghhh, I have to control myself NOT ASK QUESTION. There will be somebody to HUSH me everytime tak pon, buat statement as if “contohi aku ni, aku tak pikir mcm kau pon” when i think differently regarding certain things. What is wrong with everybody??? *blame-others yeah!*
Lately am crazy for Korean Drama/Series . Especially Running Man and We Got Married. (nak beli DVD is waaaaay too impossible for me to just close one eye and swipe my visa card). Boleh cuba kalo nak (nak mampos) heh.. But, but.. I do have a another option – is to black mail K0ben. Hmm… but I didn’t think there was any good point to give him an unnecessary heart attack. So tunggu je la orang lain abis download.

Kalau aku tulis novel nak baca tak?
Kalau aku biarkan, rasa seakan-akan nyata.
Ini bukan kali pertama.
Aku nak sambungan.
Aku nak dia tahu.
Aku nak rasa ini sampai.
Aku nak kau tahu.
Aku cipta satu dunia.
Isinya kosong. Tiada tanda apa.
Hanya seluruh perasaan aku.
Untuk hidup sentiasa bermimpi.
Kerana jagaku kamu sangat jauh.
*yawn*
